There’s really nothing quite like the simple cranberry. It’s the queen of tart with a bright bite and the most gorgeous ruby red color. Cranberry blends beautifully with the zesty, zingy, brilliant-as-sunshine flavor of orange peel. To round out the tartness, I added the aromatic warmth of allspice with its cozy blend of cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon and pepper. It’s everything you ever wanted in a cranberry with a nice burst of heat.
Can be used in cranberry sauce, stir fry, on a turkey sandwich topping or even on baked brie.
