Cherry, Sage & Caraway Botanical Hot Sauce

Cherries possess a tantalizing complexity that defies conventional explanation. In my quest to infuse the sauce with layers of flavor and complexity, I turned to the fragrant embrace of sage. Its herbaceous aroma and peppery notes added a touch of sophistication to the sauce, lending it a depth of flavor. I then introduced the delicate yet distinctive flavor of caraway seeds. With their subtle hints of citrus and warm, nutty undertones, the caraway seeds brought a harmonious balance to the sauce. With the heat of the habaneros, it's truly bold and beautiful!
