Air-Fried Chicken Skewers with Garlic Herb Butter Sauce
Ingredients
-
1 lb boneless chicken thighs
-
1 tablespoon your favorite seasoning mix, such as paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper
-
Bamboo skewers, soaked in water for 15 minutes
-
Air-fryer-safe parchment paper, optional
-
2 tablespoons butter
-
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
-
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
-
2 tablespoons Tannenbaum’s Pineapple, Rosemary & Turmeric Curiously Hot Sauce
Instructions
-
Season the chicken. Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and toss with your seasoning mix.
-
Build the skewers. Thread the chicken pieces onto the soaked bamboo skewers.
-
Preheat. Heat your air fryer to 375°F for 3–5 minutes. If using parchment, add it with the food after preheating.
-
Air-fry. Arrange the skewers in a single layer without overlapping. Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
-
Make the garlic herb butter. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Add the garlic, parsley, and Curiously Hot Sauce. Stir for about 2 minutes, until combined and fragrant.
-
Brush and finish. Generously brush the skewers with the sauce. Return them to the air fryer for another 5–7 minutes, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
-
Serve. Enjoy immediately with rice, roasted vegetables, or a fresh salad.
